While checking out the Sony RX100M7, I‘ve inevitably run into noise issues at higher ISO values. Lightroom‘s de-noise feature is awful and the „AI“ de-noise is too aggressive. Gave DxO PureRaw a try and the results are encouraging. Definitely makes images out of this small camera more usable.

Trying to decide between buying a Canon PowerShot G5 X Mark II or a Sony RX100 VII. Really tough choice. Both have a lot going for them. It’s kinda frustrating.

Trying to find a used a Fujifilm X-E4 to bring along on bike rides. Average price is higher than MSRP when it was released and on the same level as the X-T4. The craze around premium compacts and compact mirrorless cameras is mental. But I guess that’s just supply and demand at play. 🤷🏻‍♂️
