It’s great that a lot of media outlets stopped airing Trump’s diatribe yesterday and reacted strongly to it. But why only now? Ellen K Pao. (@ekp on Twitter) summarised it well:

I’m so anxious because of the U.S. election. What a fucking mess. Got a little more than 4 hours of sleep. I think I’m going to hop on the bike for a bit to get my head into a different state.

Apropos the previous post: I’ve never felt more anxiety ahead of an election day in the U.S.
